These fun and cute 3D hot air balloon garlands are a great way to decorate a nursery or baby girl's room, or even hang them up for a fun and exciting event!
Easy assembly required, only for the balloon circles. Balloon circles are shipped flat with 3 layers sewn on together. To create the 3D effect from the balloons, simply fold along the sewing line with all 3 pieces of circular craft paper (balloon circles), and spread out the creases evenly to create a 3D effect!
CAUTION: Keep away from small babies and children. Choking hazard. Garlands can tangle- be careful when unwrapping and unrolling the garland to prevent tangling.

Each balloon circle is 3 inch in diameter. White clouds are approx. 3 inch width. Gold glitter hearts are approx. 1.5 inch width.
Total of 5 garlands per package. Each garland is approximately 3 FT long
Unroll & unwrap garlands carefully. Due to delicate nature of thread, can tangle if you do not unroll one side at a time.
